Northstar Celebrates Katherine Kenney’s 5-Year Anniversary

Katherine has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in development and tenant improvement. Her expertise encompasses diverse lab projects, such as automated labs, bio labs, chem labs, and vivariums, along with office projects spanning from 10,000 to 1.1 million square feet. Currently, Katherine is working on the Boston Children’s Hospital account, overseeing the tenant improvement of their latest acquisition for research at 421 Park Drive.

A conversation with our Intern, Gene Mongan: His View from the Construction Site

Gene joined us from Northeastern University, where he recently graduated with a degree in Architecture with a minor in Business Administration. Gene began his graduate degree studies in Architecture this fall.
