Celebrating Five Years: Peter Arsenault’s Impact at Northstar
March 2026
Northstar is proud to celebrate Peter Arsenault’s five-year anniversary with the firm. In this time, Peter has become an indispensable member of the Northstar team, contributing over 17 years of project management expertise across life sciences, healthcare, R&D, capital improvements, tenant interiors, and ground-up development.
As a Senior Project Manager, Peter has overseen projects from initial planning and design through construction and close-out, consistently achieving exceptional results on schedule and within budget. His experience includes work with life science clients, educational institutions, commercial developments, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, often on challenging, high-profile projects requiring precision, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the construction process.
Prior to joining Northstar, Peter developed a strong foundation in the construction industry, holding roles ranging from subcontractor to project manager. This hands-on experience shapes his approach, providing a comprehensive perspective on the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to final delivery. His collaborative skills have been instrumental in delivering major projects, including life science initiatives.
Since joining Northstar, Peter has helped expand the firm’s presence in both the life sciences and healthcare sectors. He has represented clients such as Takeda Pharmaceutical, Finch Therapeutics, and Ambri Battery, and has recently contributed to Northstar’s healthcare portfolio through his work with Boston Children’s Hospital. In this capacity, Peter managed a full-floor tenant improvement project at 201 Brookline Avenue, delivering flexible lab space to meet evolving research needs. His leadership during design development prioritized maximizing MEP flexibility to support diverse laboratory configurations.
Additionally, Peter has played a role in the American Campus Communities project at 840 Columbus Avenue in Boston, serving as Clerk of the Works. In this position, he has acted as the city’s on-site representative, ensuring the project meets rigorous technical and community standards.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Outside of work, he enjoys running, skiing, biking, and gardening, and is a devoted father. His dedication to family and profession is central to who he is, and he brings that same commitment and care to every project he undertakes.
Reflecting on his journey, Peter credits much of his success to the strong values instilled in him by his parents, who encouraged him to pursue his goals and remain resilient in the face of challenges. That foundation continues to guide him today as he delivers impactful work for Northstar and its clients.
Northstar congratulates Peter on this milestone and looks forward to many more years of success, leadership, and continued contributions to the firm.
