What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community? The professional initiative I am most proud of is my role as OPM for the 75 Broadway development. The accomplishment lies in assembling and supporting a phenomenal team of top-tier professionals (developers, tenants, design team, contractors) who are the best in their fields. My role is to serve as a member of the central nervous system, proactively solving complex problems—from managing approvals to brokering technical consensus—to keep the project on schedule and within budget. The success of this initiative provides essential risk mitigation for the client’s investment, significantly elevates the firm’s reputation, and ultimately injects economic vitality into the community through a future landmark structure.
