Tom Fanning, a co-founder and President of Northstar since its establishment in 2010, is stepping down from his role as President. In alignment with the company’s succession plan, Tom will transition into a pivotal role, providing leadership and guidance to the management team and working with clients on ongoing and future projects.

Northstar Celebrates Katherine Kenney’s 5-Year Anniversary

Katherine has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in development and tenant improvement. Her expertise encompasses diverse lab projects, such as automated labs, bio labs, chem labs, and vivariums, along with office projects spanning from 10,000 to 1.1 million square feet. Currently, Katherine is working on the Boston Children’s Hospital account, overseeing the tenant improvement of their latest acquisition for research at 421 Park Drive.
