Northstar Celebrates Gary Pelletier’s 5-Year Anniversary

Please join us in congratulating Gary Pelletier on five years with Northstar!

Gary is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate design and construction project management, with expertise in managing feasibility studies, design development, implementation, and oversight of RFP and contracting processes. His career is marked by a track record of successfully managing projects ranging up to $1.3 billion, coupled with a commitment to collaboration and client engagement.

Gary’s commitment to collaboration and stakeholder engagement facilitated his success in several high-profile master plan projects involving office complexes, airline facilities, and various types of power plants. Gary is currently managing two office fit-out projects totaling over 160,000 SF for Sanofi in Morristown, NJ, including a large food service retail space and a roof terrace for employee collaboration.

He has also managed various renovation projects for a global utility company. His involvement included overseeing additions, renovations, and modernizations of office and operational sites in New York and Massachusetts, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in meeting diverse project demands.

Before joining Northstar, he notably played pivotal roles as a Senior Project Manager for General Electric and American Airlines. With GE, he was responsible for executing multiple office and laboratory renovation projects in historical buildings at the company’s global research and Power Systems facilities. With American Airlines, he spearheaded the conceptual planning, design, and construction stages of a groundbreaking $1.3 billion passenger terminal. Additionally, he oversaw all capital improvement projects for airline-leased spaces across several cities in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada.

Outside the office, Gary’s hobbies include woodworking, flight simulation, tennis, and home renovations.
