Kronos engaged Northstar to manage and execute the relocation and consolidation of their corporate campus. Relocating corporate offices, an electronic laboratory, and supporting spaces was driven by the goal to unify employees in one forward-thinking location providing increased technology, sustainability, and local amenities. This multi-phased project included implementing a changing, competitive work environment that respects corporate culture and addresses the human side of change while adhering to aggressive schedule and budget constraints. A collaborative approach, with constant communication between Northstar and a variety of stakeholders, was critical to the project’s success. Northstar led the overall process including design, construction, and move management over multiple phases.
