Northstar was hired to represent the interests of a Real Estate Investment Company as they add to their $7 billion real estate development portfolio. Third-party representation and developer oversight services are provided during permitting, design, and construction. Northstar attends monthly site meetings and weekly calls, reviews and approves all invoices and monthly draws to the equity partner, and assists the development team in assembling schedule milestones and decision dates. The resulting projects range from 185,000 to 500,000 square feet, include between 191-331 units, accommodate up to 512 parked cars and are located throughout the East Coast from Boston Massachusetts to Miami Florida.
