After Northstar completed a thorough site search and due diligence, we were retained to manage the development of this 24/7 mission critical backup facility. Northstar addressed critical infrastructure needs and determined the best approach for adaptability while reducing unnecessary redundancies for this hybrid facility which must serve as an office space, training facility and backup data center at all times. This extremely complex development project involved federal, state and local approvals and tight permitting and entitlement oversight. The result is a two-story LEED Gold building completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The hot facility is occupied at all times and when necessary can go live automatically.
