Northstar was retained to manage the relocation of the Home’s corporate office while incorporating change management as they transitioned from a closed office to a more open and collaborative environment. Stakeholder engagement was critical to establish the right culture. Northstar selected and procured new furniture, artwork, and established the IT and AV technology system and training program. Northstar met the schedule and achieved the client’s goals while observing the fiscal restrictions of a non-profit. Private offices were reduced from 44% to 8% and staff retention was high. Employees love the space.
