National Grid Grand Opening in Waltham!
Northstar and National Grid gathered to celebrate the grand opening of the new Customer Meter Services facility located at 130 West Street in Waltham.
Northstar Holiday Party
Northstar employees gathered for the annual Holiday Party to celebrate the success of the firm, individual accomplishments and personal milestones. It was a fun-filled night were we saluted company growth to 26 full-time employees, the addition of two Northstar babies, an engagement and marriage.
Northstar Community Outreach!
This month Northstar volunteers helped pack 3500 bags for the United Way’s annual Thanksgiving Packing Project – bags contained food for families in need this holiday season. In addition, Northstar volunteers helped clean and organize The Home for Little Wanderers’ Toy Room. The Toy Room provides essentials for local children and families.
Northstar Welcomes John Schena as Senior Vice President!
Northstar Project & Real Estate Services is proud to welcome John Schena as senior vice president. John brings 24 years of progressive experience in the commercial real estate industry to Northstar, including 17 years as a senior manager responsible for large capital programs within corporate portfolios which ranged from 15 to 23 million SF with annual capital spend over a $200 million. John’s clients include notable corporations such as American Express, adidas Group, Verizon and Cisco Systems.

Northstar partners with Emmanuel College
Northstar is pleased to announce their partnership as Emmanuel College’s Owner’s Project Manager in the construction of Julie Hall, a new 692-bed dormitory. The 20-story, 315,000 GSF facility is located in the heart of Boston and will include underground parking, covered bike storage and a café.
