50 & 60 Binney obtains Certificate of Occupancy!

The Northstar Team is proud to be a part of this collaborative effort and exciting milestone for the client’s new building at 50&60 Binney Street in Kendall Square!

The client recently obtained a certificate of occupancy on this complex, mixed-used, ground up building located in the heart of Kendall Square. The 530,000 square foot building’s two towers contain both lab and office space, plus six levels of underground parking for 899 vehicles.  The design team includes Spagnolo Gisness & Associates and WSP Engineers; Turner Construction provided CM services.  Congratulations to the 50 & 60 Binney Street team!
