Northstar Welcomes John Schena as Senior Vice President!

Northstar Project & Real Estate Services is proud to welcome John Schena as senior vice president. John brings 24 years of progressive experience in the commercial real estate industry to Northstar, including 17 years as a senior manager responsible for large capital programs within corporate portfolios which ranged from 15 to 23 million SF with annual capital spend over a $200 million. John’s clients include notable corporations such as American Express, adidas Group, Verizon and Cisco Systems.

John is charged with helping Northstar integrate its high performance platform and resources to grow their market share in the regional corporate account business.  Integrating construction management and capital planning expertise, his initial assignment is the management and successful delivery of the 468,000 SF corporate tenant interiors and relocation project.

John most recently worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis, where he held the position of senior vice president, at each firm. He has managed and grown large global account teams for high profile corporate clients from a variety of industries, including financial services, consumer products, technology, media, and telecommunications.

John received a Bachelor of Science from the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
