Northstar Promotions

Northstar is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Janet Tse and John Townsend!

Janet Tse has been promoted to Project Manager. Janet has been with Northstar since 2015 working as an integral member of the project management team for our Harvard University Housing portfolio, most recently managing  portfolio-wide IT infrastructure upgrades in occupied residential buildings.

John Townsend was promoted to Senior Vice President. Since joining Northstar in 2014, John has managed several projects for the Shire account, including a 200,000 SF fit out in Kendall Square. In addition, John is leading the project management effort for the new 18-story Julie Hall dormitory at Emmanuel College.
