AEW Capital Management, L.P. (AEW) developed a high-rise apartment building complex in the old industrial section of Jersey City with panoramic views of Manhattan from across the Hudson River. Cast Iron Lofts II is a 26-story cast in place concrete structure with 232 residential units and a 311-space parking garage. SoHo West includes the connection of a 20-story tower and a 14-story tower housing 377 residential units, a 429-space parking garage, and 20,700 square feet of retail.
Northstar represented AEW during the design, and construction by providing third party oversight of their development partner, attending meetings, reviewing and approving all invoices and monthly draws for payment by AEW, and advising AEW on schedule progress.
