Dan Govoni and Lisa Hamilton Become Northstar Shareholders

Northstar is proud to announce two new shareholders, Dan Govoni and Lisa Hamilton.

Our shareholders exemplify our firm’s commitment to achieving our client’s goals and objectives through their strategic and technical expertise. We are excited to add Dan and Lisa as shareholders as they continue to grow their career and contribute to the success of our clients and company.

Dan has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate, construction, and project management industries. He has a broad range of expertise including master planning and development, core and shell ground-up, and corporate tenant interiors. He has executed complex projects in a number of market sectors including life sciences, residential, hospitality, mission critical and control room facilities. His clients include developers, national corporations, non-profits, regulated utilities, and higher-education institutions.

Notable projects Dan has managed while at Northstar include The Skating Club of Boston’s ground up 176,000 SF ice skating facility, The Procaccianti Groups’ 9-story ground up Residence Inn by Marriot, and multiple projects for Harvard University Housing.

Lisa has over 12 years of program and project management experience in the real estate industry.  She specializes in strategic planning, master budgeting, annual capital planning, large scale team assembly, development of program governance as well as design and construction administration. Her portfolio includes projects in the commercial, residential, educational, institutional, life science and municipal sectors.

Notable programs and projects Lisa has managed during her time at Northstar include Takeda Pharmaceutical’s 3 million SF lab, office and manufacturing real estate portfolio, Akamai Technologies 480,000 SF headquarters fit out inclusive of three command centers, Alexandria Real Estate’s 430,000 SF ground up office and lab building, TripAdvisor’s 280,000 SF headquarters fit out and managing capital improvement projects for Harvard University Housing.
