Daniel Govoni

Daniel brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate, design and construction industries, handling projects north of $100 million or 200,000 square feet.

Since joining Northstar in 2012, he has spent time supporting clients and projects in both New York City and New England. He has a broad range of expertise including, master planning and development, core and shell ground-up, and corporate tenant interiors.

He has executed complex projects in a number of market sectors including, life sciences, tough tech, residential, hospitality, mission critical and control room facilities.

Daniel earned his BS in Construction Management from Roger Williams University and is a Lean Certified Professional. His hobbies include men’s league hockey, good food and good drinks.
