Lisa Gheringhelli Hamilton

Associate Principal

Lisa has over 17 years of experience in the design, construction, and real estate industries, handling projects and programs as large as $400M or 3 MSF. She specializes in strategic planning, master budgeting, annual capital planning, large-scale team assembly, development of program governance, as well as design and construction administration. Lisa’s portfolio includes projects in the corporate, institutional, higher educational, life science, residential, dry lab, and not-for-profit sectors.

Lisa earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Roger Williams University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Before joining Northstar, she worked at PEER Consultants P.C. and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc.

Lisa and her husband, David, live in Marblehead with their three children. Her hobbies include skiing, golfing, and traveling. Additionally, Lisa is on the Ocean Breeze School Board of Directors.
