Northstar’s team is experienced in managing all aspects of development from a build-to-suit or landlord ground up project. Our team will work with you to search and identify a list of potential sites and conduct due diligence to confirm each site’s feasibility. Our due diligence includes a regulatory analysis to understand how the federal, state, and local regulations may impact the project’s feasibility, developing preliminary project budgets and pro-formas, and creating a detailed project schedule to determine how the acquisition, regulatory, design, and construction processes specific to each site will impact the project delivery date.
Once a site is selected, our team manages the hiring of design and construction teams. This includes negotiating contractual terms in the best interest of the client, administering the design and permitting process and managing the project’s construction. Additionally, we manage the procurement, installation and move coordination affiliated with furniture, fixtures and equipment.
