Steven Smith

Vice President, LEED AP

Steven has over 30 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, specializing in owner’s representation for major capital programs and projects both locally and nationally. His projects have been as large as 500,000 SF and $95 million and his areas of expertise include interior core-and-shell and TI construction, occupied renovations and restacks, LEED and Fitwel certifications, and infrastructure and technology upgrades.

Steven earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rhode Island School of Design, is an active member of CoreNet New England, and has volunteered his expertise on the Town of Sharon, MA, Standing Building Committee since 2008. 

He enjoys researching his ancestry and spending quality time with his family and dogs. Though his name may sound familiar, Steven has never played professional sports, never been in a band, and is not related to the Kennedys.
