Sarah Briggs

Vice President

Sarah is an owner’s project manager with more than 15 years of experience in workplace strategy, space planning, and real estate delivery across the life sciences, healthcare, and corporate sectors. She specializes in translating business objectives into high-performing office, lab, and manufacturing environments, with deep expertise in portfolio rationalization, capital planning, and large-scale employee experience initiatives. Her work spans complex global portfolios, including projects ranging from tenant interiors to large-scale campus consolidations. 

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and serves on the board of the Kendall Square Association. Prior to joining Northstar, she held roles at Moderna and led planning initiatives at Takeda (formerly Shire), Dell EMC, and Payette, building a strong foundation in architectural planning, technical design, and strategic real estate leadership. 

Outside the office, Sarah spends her time with her husband, two children, and French bulldog, preferably somewhere near the ocean. She enjoys swimming, sailing, and any excuse to plan the next trip.
