Rushin Patel

Project Manager

Rushin has over seven years of project management experience and a strong track record of delivering complex, mixed-use projects across the institutional, multifamily, and commercial sectors. He has managed a wide range of tenant improvements, capital projects, and large-scale renovations throughout the Greater Boston area, working from both the developer/owner and contractor perspectives. His experience includes leading consultant teams, managing work in active occupied buildings, and overseeing budgets and schedules. His approach emphasizes financial discipline, proactive communication, and a deep commitment to elevating community-oriented spaces that add long-term value.

Rushin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts.

Outside the office, Rushin enjoys traveling across continents and golfing. Throughout the year, he engages in folk music by playing a traditional drum (Dhol) at weddings all over the world.
