Pat is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in facility operations, property maintenance, and project management. Prior to joining Northstar, Pat oversaw a diverse portfolio 8 MSF in size at a multinational utilities company.

Pat is knowledgeable on all facets of project management including tenant fit out, real estate economics, and financial analysis. Pat holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Outside of work, Pat has a passion for home improvement projects and had also at one point in the past served as a Board of Director at the Summit Montessori School.
