Matt Cichon

Associate Vice President

Matt has 18 years of industry experience supporting clients in the life science, office, and retail sectors. In his role as a Senior Project Manager, he brings expertise in life science renovations and ground-up work. 

Matt received his BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to working at Northstar, he worked as a construction project manager, focusing primarily on the life science market. 

Matt loves spending time with his wife, two children, and family dogs. A former college soccer player, he enjoys following all New England professional sports teams, playing soccer, running, and hiking.
