A seasoned owner’s project manager and architect, Kevin possesses a pioneering spirit, spearheading collaborative innovation within his teams, promoting environmental responsibility, and delivering exceptional capital project services across his over 30- year career. His focus is on the life science, clean/tough tech, and healthcare sectors.

Drawn to Northstar’s innovative management approach, unwavering commitment to excellence, and the team’s exceptional talent, Kevin joined the firm. His extensive experience includes leading projects exceeding $300 million in diverse sectors like life sciences, medical oncology, higher education, and public sector projects.

Kevin excels across all project development phases, from execution and variance tracking to comprehensive project management from initial feasibility to successful completion. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and is a LEED-accredited professional.

When away from the office, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his family, cycling, and running. He and his sons actively volunteer for the Pan-Mass Challenge.
