Senior Project Manager

Kerry has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Her expertise spans owner representation, project management, development management, construction administration, and move management. She specializes in tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects across diverse sectors such as corporate tenant interiors, life science and healthcare facilities, higher education, and K-12 public schools. Kerry’s portfolio includes projects as large as $150M.

She earned her BA in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and is a Member of CREW Boston.

Her hobbies include skiing, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Kerry comes from a long line of Irish ancestors in the construction industry, including her great-great-grandfather, who constructed many older buildings throughout Boston, including Fenway Park.
