Kerry Logue

Senior Project Manager

Kerry joined Northstar with 10 years experience working in the real estate industry. Her particular areas of expertise include owner representation, project management, construction administration and move management. Kerry has focused on K-12 public schools, healthcare, and corporate sectors and has worked on projects as large as $100 million.

She earned her BA in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and is a Massachusetts Certified Public Procurement Official (MCPPO), Alternate Member of City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals, Member of Massachusetts Building Congress and a LEED GA.

Her hobbies include skiing and sailing. Kerry comes from a long line of Irish ancestors in the construction industry, including her great-great grandfather who built many older buildings throughout Boston, including Fenway Park.
