Kerry Logue

Senior Project Manager

Kerry has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Her particular areas of expertise include owner representation, project management, development management, construction administration, and move management. Kerry’s areas of focus include a combination of tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects across a variety of industry sectors, including corporate tenant interiors, life science and healthcare facilities, higher education, and K-12 public schools. Kerry’s portfolio includes projects as large as $150 million.

She earned her BA in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and is an Alternate Member of the City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals, a Member of CREW Boston, and a Member of the Massachusetts Building Congress.

Her hobbies include skiing, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Kerry comes from a long line of Irish ancestors in the construction industry, including her great-great-grandfather, who constructed many older buildings throughout Boston, including Fenway Park.
