John Townsend

Principal

With over 25 years of real estate industry experience John’s areas of expertise include permitting, planning and budgeting, labs/clean rooms and clinics as well as ground up, TI and phased project coordination. He has completed projects in industry sectors that include higher education, life sciences, hospitals, commercial and residential from individual clean rooms to subdivisions and ground up buildings. 

John earned his BA in History from Catholic University of America, Project Management and Scheduling from Northeastern University and completed an Auto CAD certification program. 

He supports the Catholic Charities Sunset Camp in Hull and St. Agatha’s in Milton.  His hobbies include fishing, skiing, hiking and no one makes better barbeque ribs or smoked bluefish dip (according to his kids).
