John has 29 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, specializing in building infrastructure, large complex tenant improvement projects, capital planning, campus restack programs, team building and occupancy planning. His projects have included managing corporate capital portfolios in excess of 20 million square feet, individual projects in excess of 750,000 square feet and capital budgets in excess of $150 million. John earned his BS in marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and supports The Jimmy Fund in his free time. His hobbies include hiking, traveling, cooking and spending quality time with his two very active children and wonderful wife Chris.
