Jim Hogan

Jim has 13 years of experience working in the real estate industry, with expertise in project management, construction administration, and structural engineering. He focuses mainly on ground-up office and residential buildings and tenant improvement projects.

With Northstar, Jim has completed a 17-story ground-up mixed-use office tower in Kendall Square, a renovation of the MBTA Kendall Square/MIT MBTA Headhouse, and provided equity advisory services for ground-up residential developments on the East Coast.

Prior to joining Northstar, Jim completed several signature mixed-used developments of up to $220M in the Seaport District of Boston. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and hiking. Jim currently serves on the Wakefield Planning Board, is a former president of the Rotary Club of Downtown Boston, is an Eagle Scout, and an ex-Rugby player.
