Ipsitha joined Northstar as a recent MS graduate in Building Construction and Facilities Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Northstar, she has gathered over 4 years of experience working on multiple office renovation projects and the lead Project Manager for a multi-phased lab renovation project. Her prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer on a multi-family housing project in Lower Manhattan.

Ipsitha is a licensed architect in India with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jadavpur University in Kolkata. Raised in the Himalayan Valley, Ipsitha shares a deep appreciation for sustainability and enjoys spending time in nature. Her hobbies include hands-on activities such as craft, cooking, photography and exploring new places.
