Hannah Nechita

Project Manager

Hannah is an owner’s project manager and licensed professional civil engineer with experience spanning high-end residences, cultural landmarks, commercial spaces, public housing, and life science facilities. She brings more than five years of combined expertise in owner’s project management, structural engineering, building envelope restoration, and façade and historic preservation.

She earned both her BS in Applied Science in Civil Engineering and her Master of Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis from the University of Toronto. Most recently, she completed a certification in Construction Project Management from Columbia University. Prior to joining Northstar, Hannah worked with GFDS Engineers.

Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys traveling, staying active, and keeping up with Formula 1.
