Dominic Caporale

Assistant Project Manager

Dominic has four years of project management experience in the construction industry. He has assisted with many aspects of a project life cycle, including submittal development and review, change order pricing and review, material procurement, budget tracking, and closeout. Dominic has experience as an on-site construction manager focused on maintaining schedules, quality control, and communicating with design teams, contractors, and owners. He believes teamwork is the key to success and enjoys working with others to complete a job.

Dominic earned a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He grew up in construction within his family’s HVAC and Plumbing company, which sparked his interest in construction.

Originally from Southern New Jersey, Dominic enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family at the river or down the shore. He is also an active alumni member of his college fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi, serving on committees at NJIT and as Chapter Advisor for Northeastern University.
