Denise is a strategic leader who has worked for the past 22 years as an owner’s project manager, planning and executing new construction, renovation and relocation real estate projects ranging in size from $1M-$1B. Her specific expertise includes providing executive-level team leadership and developing winning project strategies that promote success, save money and mitigate risk for her clients through a unique focus on innovation, real-world problem-solving, and project/change management best practices.
Before joining Northstar, Denise worked at STV/Diversified Project Management for 22 years, where she held the position of Vice President/Project Executive in their New England Construction Management Group.
Denise is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), graduated with a B.S. in History from UCONN, and has a Construction Management Certificate from Northeastern University and a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University. She is a highly active member of CoreNet’s New England Board of Directors and the proud co-chair of their Leadership 2.0 Program.
In her free time, Denise and her husband enjoy traveling to historical locations around the US, fine dining, and are avid fans of the Boston sports scene.
