Daniel Govoni

Daniel brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate, design and construction industries, handling projects north of $500M or 600,000 SF.

Since joining Northstar in 2012, Dan has spent time supporting clients and projects in Boston, New England, and New York City. He has a broad range of expertise including, ground-up development, R&D, life sciences, institutional, capital improvement, commercial tenant interior, and mission-critical projects.

He has executed complex projects in a number of market sectors including, life sciences, tough tech, higher education, commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use developments, mission critical and control room facilities.

Daniel earned his BS in Construction Management from Roger Williams University and is a LEAN Certified Professional. His hobbies include men’s league hockey, good food and good drinks.
