Danica Woo

Project Manager

Danica has over four years of owner’s project management experience. She specializes in managing higher education residential capital planning and development for projects ranging from $500k – $115M.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Experience Design with a minor in Psychology. Through her academic studies, Danica became fascinated by the psychology of design and the importance of human experience as it relates to the built environment and its surrounding processes.  

Her additional relevant experience includes real estate strategy and planning, design research, tenant relations, and operations management. 

In her free time, you can either find Danica playing co-ed volleyball in a local pick-up league or relaxing with a good book and hot cup of tea!
