Chris Packard

Principal

Chris has over 25 years of experience as a development and project manager in the real estate and construction industries. He has worked in many industry sectors specializing in multifamily development and project management on projects ranging in size from $1M to more than $100M.

Chris’s portfolio includes commercial, institutional, and residential projects with an aggregate volume of $275M. Prior to joining Northstar, Chris worked at JLL for six years, where he held the position of Vice President in the Project Development Services Group. He received his degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and supports the Home For Little Wanderers, Interfaith Social Services, and the MSPCA.

Chris was a college baseball pitcher and loves coaching his kids and running. He also was a construction superintendent for four years during the building of the Zakim Bridge.
