Chase Connell

Project Manager

Chase brings over five years of working experience in construction and owner’s project management. He has a passion for mechanical systems and provides strategic oversight to analyzing the overall health of systems in large scale real estate portfolios with a focus on carbon neutrality goals. 

In previous roles, he successfully managed projects ranging from $100-$500M in the life sciences and higher education sectors as a general contractor. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Chase actively supports Drexel’s Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter in its fundraising efforts for St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which raises money for childhood cancer research grants worldwide.

Chase enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and snowboarding along with walking his Great Dane, Jumbo, and Mini Dachshund, Andouille. He is also a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan.
