Chase Connell

Project Manager

Chase joins Northstar from Philadelphia with five years of experience working in the construction industry and expertise in MEP/FP, building automation, and BIM coordination. During his time there, he successfully managed projects ranging from $100-$500M in the life sciences and higher education sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. Chase actively supports Drexel’s Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter in its fundraising efforts for St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which raises money for childhood cancer research grants worldwide.

Chase enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and snowboarding along with walking his Great Dane, Jumbo, and Mini Dachshund, Andouille. He is also a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan.
