Bryce Avila

Assistant Project Manager

Bryce has over seven years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. He has assisted project teams through many phases of the project life cycle, including completing construction document reviews, creating and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with facilities managers on installations, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the final product. Bryce is well-versed in budget and schedule development as well as procurement activities. His a strong collaborator and thrives working in a team-oriented environment.

Bryce earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business. He has been involved in his family’s residential development company throughout his life, bringing his learned skills and experiences to his new role.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and fishing. In college and high school, Bryce helped bring his golf team to the National Championship as a captain during his senior year.
