Brendan FitzGerald

Project Manager

Brendan has 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction management industry. His experience ranges from corporate TI projects for life-science clients up to $30M and portfolio-wide multi-family capital improvement projects in occupied settings for institutional clients. Prior to joining Northstar, Brendan worked in the renewable energy sector, where he helped manage the development and construction of two anaerobic digestion facilities and a natural gas injection site in Northern Nevada, totaling $35M. Brendan also managed retail food & beverage renovations across the Northeast for a Fortune 500 client and constructed 210 single-family homes in a residential development totaling $115M.
 
Brendan is a graduate of Beloit College in Wisconsin and holds a BA in Political Science and a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.
 
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys skiing, golfing, and being outdoors.
