Anthony Warren

Principal

As a Principal, Anthony has over 30 years of industry experience as a senior development manager. His specific areas of expertise include ground up development, data centers, control room facilities and lab space. Anthony’s portfolio includes a wide range of industry sectors including life science, electronic and wet lab, sustainability, institutional, mission critical and corporate assignments ranging in size from $5-$590 million with an aggregate volume in excess of $1B.

He received his BS in Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology and he has experience in all phases of the development process including project definition, master planning, permitting, design and construction administration. Prior to founding Northstar, Anthony worked at Spaulding & Slye Colliers and JLL for 11 years where he held the position of Senior Vice President/National Director in the development group. 

Anthony is a Parish Council Member for his church and loves carpentry, having personally added an addition to his own home. Anthony is a private pilot and enjoys sailing, scuba diving and building things.
