Andy Touchette

Vice President | Shareholder

Andy has 14 years of industry experience supporting clients in the institutional, office, and residential sectors. In his role as a Vice President | Shareholder, he brings expertise in complex real estate projects and advisory assignments, including tenant improvement projects, historic renovations, capital project programming, and new construction.

Andy received his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and prior to joining Northstar, worked as an engineer designing and managing construction projects for the DoD.

He lives with his family on the South Shore and spends time outside of work at the beach, golfing, or up in the mountains.
