Andrew Pace

Project Manager

Andrew brings 13 years of construction management and owner’s project management experience. He is currently overseeing $35M worth of life science renovations for a global pharmaceutical client. Prior to working at Northstar, Andrew worked as a construction project manager focusing primarily on the MEP field. His professional experience includes TI projects ranging from 40,000 to 125,000 SF for clients with active buildings.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

In his free time, he enjoys routing for the local sports teams, carpentry, hiking, biking, and cooking.
