Patrick Koenen
Assistant Project Manager
Patrick has over three years of experience managing projects totaling more than $27 million. He brings a strong background in subcontractor coordination, document control, change order management, and project closeout. His portfolio spans commercial, life sciences, retail, and athletic sector projects.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Technology from UMass Amherst and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School. Patrick is a U.S. Army veteran and former Infantry Team Leader with the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy.
Outside of work, Patrick is an avid marathon runner, enjoys fishing, and is an avid reader. He also volunteers with organizations such as Crossroads RI Homeless Shelter, Rebuilding Boston Together, and the Boston Marine Corps Honor Run.
