Residence Inn in Providence Celebrates Topping Off

We are excited to announce the topping-off of our Residence Inn by Marriott project in Providence.

The topping-off ceremony was attended by the Governor of Rhode Island, the Mayor of Providence along with local business and community leaders.  The 9-story Residence Inn project consists of 176-rooms with street level retail & restaurant space available to the public. The 126,778 square-foot project is being developed by The Procaccianti Companies with Northstar acting as the development manager. The Project Architect is Vision 3 and Gilbane Building Companies is the Construction Manager. 

The hotel is on schedule to open in 2019.
