Northstar’s Sanofi Team and Harvard Team Expansions

We are thrilled to announce Pat and Katherine will be joining our Sanofi team while Jerry and Teddy will be joining our Harvard team. Please join us in welcoming our new team members!

Pat Burns has joined Northstar as a Vice President working on our Sanofi team.  Pat has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, particularly in project and asset management. Prior to joining Northstar, Pat was the Director of Facility at National Grid and oversaw a diverse portfolio of over 8 million square feet.  Pat graduated from Northeastern’s esteemed Civil Engineering program and has his Professional Engineering license.  He is also a past recipient of the CoreNet New England Regional Service Provider of the Year Award. 

Katherine Kenney has joined Northstar as Assistant Project Manager on our Sanofi project team. Katherine began her real estate journey at IA Architects and subsequently worked in Jones Lang LaSalle’s project management group prior to joining Northstar. Katherine attained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Northeastern University.

Jerry Bosch has joined Northstar’s Harvard team as a Field Operations Coordinator.  Jerry has over 40 years of construction experience as a Superintendent and has completed projects in various markets including Ohio and Hawaii and more recently as a Project Manager for a national commercial kitchen design-build contractor. Some of his notable projects include Air Traffic Control Center in Hawaii, Hard Rock Casino in Ohio, and E&Y 18 Story Office Tower in Ohio.

Teddy Straus has joined Northstar as a Project Coordinator. Teddy brings experience in property management and capital project management from Madison Marquette where he was a Property Manager directly responsible for the daily management of 11 industrial/flex properties totaling over 2 million square feet.  Teddy received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and will be working on our Harvard account.
