Northstar Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity for Build Day

At Northstar, we’re no strangers to construction sites—but this time, we traded our usual owner’s project management roles for hammers, drills, and tape measures.

On a cool May morning, Team Northstar partnered with Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston for a Build Day in Malden. This hands-on experience was a great opportunity for our team to contribute to the construction of a home for a family in need.

Beyond the rewarding work, this Build Day is a reminder of the impact you can have on a community. It was inspiring to join the more than 895,000 Habitat for Humanity volunteers who, in FY 2023 alone, helped over 13.4 million people improve or build a place to call home.

We’re grateful to Habitat for Humanity for making such a difference since 1976, positively impacting over 59 million lives. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your mission.

At Northstar, we’re proud to support initiatives that bring us closer to our community. Giving back in such a tangible way was an honor for our team and we look forward to participating once again next year.
