Northstar is excited to announce the promotions of Andy Touchette, Kerry Logue, Katherine Kenney, Jessy Lecaj, Teddy Straus, and Katie Huckins!
Andy Touchette has been promoted to Associate Vice President. Andy has been an integral member of the Northstar team for 7 years. Some of Andy’s important contributions include managing projects for multiple accounts within Harvard University, a financial services office fit out, and luxury residential ground up construction. Andy brings expertise in institutional, office, and hospitality projects; capital project programming and management; and historic renovations.
Kerry Logue was promoted to Senior Project Manager. Kerry has been with the firm for 5 years and a has contributed to many project successes, such as American Campus Communities’ Lightview student housing at Northeastern, AEW’s 75,000 SF tenant improvement project, Akamai Technologies 475,000 SF move management, and a ground up building for Bulger Veterinary Hospital. Kerry is currently an invaluable member of our Takeda Pharmaceuticals account working on various capital improvement projects.
Katherine Kenney has been promoted to Project Manager. Katherine joined Northstar in 2019 bringing 6 years of experience in real estate development and tenant improvements. During her time at Northstar, Katherine has been an integral member of the project team that is managing the tenant construction of Sanofi’s new lab and office buildings located at Cambridge Crossing. Please join us in recognizing Katherine for her continued hard work!
Jessy Lecaj has been promoted to Project Manager. Jessy has worked at Northstar for 4 years on projects such as American Campus Communities Lightview student housing at Northeastern, The Homes for Little Wanderers’ new building for the Children’s Community Collaborative in Roxbury and The Skating Club of Boston’s new state of the art facility. Currently, Jessy is supporting a utility client on multiple projects across MA. Jessy is an active member of IFMA’s Boston Chapter, and currently serves as the Co-chair of the Young Professionals Network.
Teddy Straus has been promoted to Project Manager. Teddy has been with Northstar for 3 years as an invaluable member of our Harvard University Housing team. During that time, Teddy has managed capital improvement and operating projects with varying degrees of complexity. His projects include Harvard at Trilogy, the Renewal Project which is a portfolio wide program to upgrade common area finishes, and 10 Akron common Area Renovations. Teddy brings with him experience in property management, capital improvement planning and project management, budgeting, and end-user relations.
Katie Huckins was promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Katie joined Northstar with 2 years of experience in structural design of transportation facilities and Lean project management. Since joining Northstar 1 year ago, Katie has worked on Sanofi’s multi-phases Genomics Medicine Unit (GMU) tenant fit out and relocation in Waltham and IQHQ’s Fenway Center, a core and shell lab development.
