Northstar is excited to announce the promotion of Lisa Hamilton, Dan Govoni, Natasha Marcuard, Janet Tse, and Peimei Wang.
Lisa Hamilton was recently promoted to Vice President and has been an integral member of the Northstar team for 9 years. During that time, some of Lisa’s key contributions include managing projects for high profile clients such as Northstar’s Harvard University Housing account, TripAdvisor’s 280,000 square foot headquarters project in Needham and Akamai Technologies 19-story, 450,000 square foot headquarters project in Cambridge. Lisa is now working in the life sciences industry for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company as the Program Manager of its capital improvements portfolio encompassing 3M square feet in Massachusetts, which includes major office renovations, infrastructure and sustainability upgrades as well as lab transformation projects that will support Takeda’s R&D pipeline across three campuses.
Dan Govoni has been promoted to Vice President. Dan has been with Northstar for 8 years. During that time Dan has managed a variety of projects including the construction of a new Marriott Residence Inn in Providence and the construction of a 3-rink, 176,000 SF facility for the Skating Club of Boston. Dan is currently supporting a number of clients on several lab, office, and ground-up developments including managing the development of a 50K SF ground up building for Rafi Properties in Somerville.
Natasha Marcuard has been promoted to Associate Vice President. While at Northstar for the past 6 years Natasha has worked on a variety of projects in the higher education, corporate tenant fit outs, and pharmaceutical tenant spaces. Natasha is currently working on behalf of Takeda Pharmaceuticals managing a multi-phased plan to realign approximately 75,000 SF of R&D lab space.
Janet Tse has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Janet has been working at Northstar for 5 years as a critical member of our Harvard team. During that time Janet has worked on several capital and operating projects which include the deployment of portfolio-wide wireless internet and access control solutions at over 2,500 occupied units, the restoration of building envelopes, the implementation of energy conversation projects, and the planning of house renewal and renovation programs.
Peimei Wang has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Peimei has been working at Northstar for 2 years as a critical member of our Harvard team. During that time, Peimei has mainly worked on portfolio-wide Keyless Entry upgrades in occupied residential buildings.
