Northstar Promotions

Northstar is pleased to announce the recent promotions. Congratulations  to Jason Atwood, Jim Hogan and Jessy Lecaj!

Jason Atwood has been promoted to Associate Vice President.  During his time at Northstar, Jason has been an integral member of the Harvard University Housing Team.  His recent work includes the management of a multi-phased occupied renovation for Harvard’s Soldier’s Field Park Graduate Housing complex.

Jim Hogan has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Jim joined Northstar with a background in structural engineering. His time at Northstar has been spent overseeing the construction of MITIMCO’s Site 5 development in Kendall Square. 

Jessy Lecaj has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager.  During Jessy’s time at Northstar she has spent time working on residential higher education housing facilities and non-profit housing. Most recently, Jessy has been working on projects for National Grid and the Skating Club of Boston in Norwood.
