Northstar Promotion – John Townsend, Associate Principal

Northstar is excited to announce that John Townsend has been promoted to Associate Principal.

In John’s 5 years with Northstar he has delivered a wide range of projects in the life science and institutional sectors including both tenant improvements and ground up projects. John’s life sciences portfolio includes recent projects for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Baxalta, and Genzyme/Sanofi. John also delivered Emmanuel College’s new dormitory, Julie Hall, a 18-story ground up project in Boston’s Longwood medical and academic area. 

John is the first new addition to Northstar’s Principal team since the firm was founded in 2010.
