Northstar is proud to announce their partnership with Oxford Properties!

Northstar will be managing Oxford’s real estate projects at their One Memorial Drive property in Cambridge. Work includes the conversion of a 42K sf parking garage level into Class-A core-and-shell tenant space. Northstar will be teaming with CBT Architects, Cosentini Associates, Entuitive Consulting Engineers, McNamara Salvia Structural Engineers and Turner Special Projects. This project includes demolition of exterior granite panels for installation of new glass curtainwall, providing a stunning view of the Charles River and adjacent Longfellow Bridge. Northstar is also managing the replacement of the building’s cooling towers and several parking garage improvement projects.
